Batching Systems

Batching systems comprise mixing vessels on load cells for weighing off solids and liquids which then act as a blended concentrate for blending with water via monitoring and control systems.

In-Line Blending Systems

In-line blending systems comprise various methods of monitoring and controlling multiple metered liquids such as magnetic flow meters, close coupled progressive displacement and centrifugal pumps with VFD control, motorized control valves, static mixers, PLC and motor control panels with IDD “closed loop” blending software controlled via the PLC and HMI for monitoring and controlling inputs ranging from “parts per billion” dosing to “one to one” ratio blends of multiple sizes and volumes.

Holding Tanks

The blended product holding tank(s) are sized to suit the packaging line capacity with a safe working pressures ranging from 15 PSIG to 60 PSIG and complete with insulation and SS cladding, manway, inlet, outlet, sample valve, PRV/AVV with N2/CO2 inlet, IR probes for level indication and interface control via the central control panel. Stainless steel in 304 AISI, glass bead blast to a sanitary satin finish.

Equipment

Equipment is mounted where possible on pre-assembles and tested 304 stainless steel skid or skids, glass bead blast to a satin finish, with integral feedback control systems.
